***Early life and Career***
Sir Charles Spencer Chaplin KBE was born 16th April 1889, London, the United Kingdom an English Comic actor, Filmmaker, and Composer who rose to fame in the era of silent film. He has become a worldwide icon through his screen persona, "The Tramp", and it is considered one of the most important figures in the history in the film industry. He spanned about more than 75 years from his childhood in the Victorian era until a year before he died in 1977, (25th December 1977, Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland and encompassed both adulation and controversy.
His grownup's childhood in London was one of poverty and hardship. His father was absent and his mother was struggling financially and he was sent to a workhouse before the age of nine. His mother was committed to a mental asylum that time Chaplin’s age was 14 years old. He started acting, performing at an early age, and visiting music halls and later working as a stage actor and comedian. When he was 19 years old, he was signed to work with the prestigious Fred Karno company. Which was in America. He was selected for the film industry and began appearing in 1914 for Keystone Studios. He developed the Tramp persona and became famous for a large fan base. He directed his own films and continued to grindstone his craft as he moved to the Essanay, Mutual, and First National Corporations. Globally he started being recognized by 1918.
